DID YOU KNOW?
The building you are seated in here was originally a sheep farm in the early 1800’s. A home was built on the site in 1855 by Architect Joseph Galabrinske and mason Chris Galabrinski, and they lived in this home for many years.
DID YOU KNOW?
There are many different pancake houses, but we are the ORIGINAL Pancake House, with many pancake recipes from around the world.
WE ARE VERY DIFFERENT from other breakfast spots.
- Our juice is freshly squeezed daily.
- Our whipped cream is made fresh daily.
- We make our own sour dough starter in-house for the buttermilk pancakes.
- We do not use Pam, vegetable oil, or imitation butter.
- We use only freshly cracked locally sourced shell eggs here, no carton eggs.
Our pancake batters are made from scratch, with just a few exceptions, as well as our specialty syrups and sauces.
Our omelettes are not like any other omelette; they are soufflé style omelettes baked in the oven and consist of 5 eggs.
You can learn to slather, sprinkle and squeeze when you order our Dutch pancake.
Our cherries used for the French crepes are from Door County, and the Lingonberries are from Sweden.
We know you have many choices when choosing a dining spot, thank you for choosing The Original Pancake House.
Any questions, ask for Bacon Bob.
We thank you for your business.
